Thankful Thursday...what are you thankful for?

Today, I thought I would keep it simple and just make a list of the things I am thankful for.  I know I miss some, just know that I am thankful for each and every blessing in  my life!

  • a wonderful husband that loves me unconditionally
  • delightful daughters and getting to experience more joy and love through them
  • awesome parents, wouldn't be where I am without their guidance
  • a brother who chooses to serve and protect our country and works his butt off at his job
  • another brother who works hard and going to school at the same time, that's tough...yet I feel like he makes it look so easy. (all my other siblings got the brains in the family)
  • my sister who I love and cherish dearly...she is also working and going to school.  More power to you!!! 
  • having had relationships with my Grandparents, cherishing those memories and miss them so much!!
  • my friends who I can laugh with and have fun.
  • my BFF since grade school, (Kerry) we've been through a lot and I LOVE knowing that we will always go through things in life and be able to chat for hours on the phone, even when it's about nothing.  :)
  • my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law, I could of never asked for any better.  Our girls love them and enjoy spending time with them doing nothing.  
  • church family for being supportive and giving advice when needed, always good to have!
  • being able to teach our girls about what the true meaning of Christmas really is
  • a house to clean and call "ours", not mine or not his...it's Our Home!!
  • my 5 senses...
  • good health
  • happiness to soak in the beauty of life
  • disappointment to know what matters most
  • tears to express deepest emotions
  • sun and sunsets
  • internet to connect to the world
  • blogs to connect with like minded people and share our stories with
  • a comfy bed that I can share with my hubby
  • kind strangers to brighten a day
  • love and laughter
  • challenge's in life to help me grow
  • finishing 2 1/2 marathons, need to do one more
  • being an American...God Bless the red, white and blue
  • facebook, a fun way to connect with old friends and keep in touch with everyone
  • Christmas cards in the mail...I love that some people will still send them
  • camera, I love photography and capturing those moments
  • vegetable garden, love picking things out of there to eat.  Means our work is paying off
  • books to read and get lost in
  • my hubby's job, he works hard being a business owner. Through his work, it allows me to stay home and be with our girls.
  • love being able to homeschool and look forward to adding more to the mix next year
  • love that hubby is able to fix just about anything, he's a handy guy...no paying anyone to do anything around here
  • cutting the grass, I love that hubby lets me have that job...I can jam to my tunes!

  • TV shows to veg and enjoy with hubby
  • sunflowers, such a beautiful flower
  • friends I will make in the future, building more relationships
  • vacation we are going to be taking with our friends in a few weeks
  • our girls being able to play outside with the neighborhood children, love hearing them laugh
  • coffee, Mmmm.  Thanks Karen!
  • Mac stuff, phones, iPods, iPads...love it
  • good music
  • a/c on hot days
  • warm showers
  • lazy Sundays
  • God's Grace!!!  AMEN
  • memories of my childhood
  • stories my Grandpa always told us
  • just being me!!!!
  • BLOG COMMENTS, it makes me feel good when people comment!!!!!
  • and many more....

I LOVE warm showers and coffee too! Oh and blog comments--always love those!

I love these lists--there are always things that I forget to be thankful for!
