We have talking to different pool
companies, trying to get a good idea on costs, location of pool, is it
worth-while, should we or shouldn’t we!!!
It’s exhausting…and then waiting for the companies to get back with,
geez! It’s like pulling teeth!
You would think with the way to economy is
right now that they would jump at the chance, make it worthwhile and such, but
nope! They don’t seem to
care. I guess that’s what happens
when you live in Florida; people put pools in year round.
We’ve been toying with the idea on putting
it in our side yard now; b/c the county says we don’t have enough room with our
setbacks, crazy! So, if we put it
in our side yard we can build whatever size we want and then we would screen it
in. As much as we love open pool
plans, it just doesn’t make sense here.
We have to contend with the mosquitoes and snakes, not fun! We want to be able to go out in the
evening and enjoy it anytime!
I really want the pool and of course so do
the girls, who wouldn’t!? Franklin
on the other hand is not as crazy about it. He would like to swim in it, but just worries about the
accidents that could happen, which we won’t speak of. I would get Vera swimming before it went in without a doubt
and the child fence would stay up too, just for extra peace of mind. Trying to way all the pros and cons,
the biggest con of all is the price.
Is it worth it???
